# J'ai fait une erreur dans ma commande, comment la modifier ?

Si vous avez passé commande sur Chronovet et vous vous êtes trompé de produit, voici la marche à suivre :



Si  votre commande est en cours de préparation vous pouvez contacter rapidement notre service client [ici](https://www.chronovet.fr/nous-contacter) pour tenter d’annuler en tout ou partie votre commande auprès du fournisseur. 
Nous ferons de notre mieux pour répondre à votre demande avant l'expédition.
