# Le retrait de ma commande peut il être fait par un proche ?

Vous ne pouvez pas récupérer votre commande et quelqu'un d'autre se présentera pour vous ? 

Donnez simplement à la personne qui viendra une **copie de la facture ou du mail de confirmation** de votre commande afin que l'équipe vétérinaire de votre clinique lui délivre vos produits.  N'hésitez pas à avertir votre clinique vétérinaire au préalable de ce retrait.
